Delicacies from our farm are the result of our experience from the past, looking at the future with the desire to offer families only the best. At the same time, we take care of nature, which has provided us with a home for generations.

SPELT
… a grain with thousands of years of tradition that is a flagship of our products, as it is the basic ingredient in homemade biscuits, wholemeal pasta and bread.
EGGS
… from our happy hens that enjoy on a green pasture and feed on homegrown flax, which is a rich source of omega-3 and omega-6, give our wholemeal spelt delicacies added value.
PUMPKINS
… from which the seeds are added to spelt sticks, are roasted in a bread furnace and ‘green gold’ – pumpkin seed oil is squeezed from them.

In times in which we live, a genuine contact with ourselves is the greatest gift, and if at the same time we can treat ourselves and our loved ones with the best nature offers, then happiness is guaranteed.
Our children have labelled the wholemeal spelt biscuits as “even better than the ones grandmother makes”. Their responsible parents appreciate my efforts to discover such a farm and I am comforted by the fact that farm “Kmetija Žitnik” is reliable and maintains their quality of homemade delicacies.
